By purchasing or using any service from HopiHost, the customer agrees to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

These terms are designed to protect both the customer and HopiHost and ensure a safe, reliable, and professional hosting environment for all users.

Services

  1. HopiHost provides domain registration, shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS/cloud hosting, email hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and related web services. Services may be updated or modified at any time.

Account Responsibility

  1. Customers must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Users must be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission.

Payments

  1. All services are prepaid. Late payments may result in suspension or termination. Domain renewals and third-party products are non-refundable once processed.

Domains

  1. Customers are responsible for renewing domains, maintaining correct WHOIS details, and managing DNS settings. HopiHost is not responsible for expired or lost domains due to customer negligence.

Backups & Data

  1. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. HopiHost is not liable for data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

Suspension & Termination

  1. Accounts violating policies, involved in abuse, or overdue on payments may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Limitation of Liability

  1. HopiHost is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or business losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Changes to Terms

  1. These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.

System and Network Security

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal liability. This includes:

  1. Unauthorized access to data or systems (cracking/hacking).
  2. Interfering with service to any user, host, or network (DDoS attacks).
  3. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information.

Resource Usage (Fair Use)

Shared hosting accounts are intended for web files only. Use of an account as an online storage space, backup repository, or for high-load scripts that degrade server performance for others is strictly prohibited.
